FAQ’s

A4 & A3 Prints are produced using an Epson XP-970 Photo Expression printer using Claria HD inks onto high-quality 275gsm Lustre paper made by Fotospeed.

The inks and papers are assured by the Fine Art Trade Guild to have excellent archival quality so they will last for years and will not fade.

A2 and Panoramic prints are produced by a professional company onto 310gsm Canson Photo Lustre paper, a naturally white heavyweight photographic paper suited to any application. A paper with excellent detail, vibrant colour and a stunning lustre finish this paper is great for bright punchy photos.

A4, A3 & A2 Prints are supplied flat with an acid-free backing board in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve ready to be gift-wrapped and framed. A2 Prints when shipped outside the UK are shipped in wide strengthened postal tubes. Panoramic Prints are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in wide strengthened postal tubes.

Please note all these prints are printed with a 1.5-inch border to allow for numbering and signing.

Greetings Cards are 6x4 inches in size and printed onto high-quality 300gsm matte paper approved by the FSC.

All Greetings Cards are blank inside and are supplied with an envelope and biodegradable cellophane sleeve.

Please note that at this time Greetings Cards can only be shipped to UK customers and are not available to be shipped Internationally.

All payments are made via Paypal so almost any recognised payment method is possible! You also have the upmost security paying via Paypal and it is completely free to set up an account.

I will always do my absolute best to have your print made and shipped out to you as soon as I can!

Greetings Cards, A4 & A3 Prints

I will have your card or print ready to be shipped to you in 2 to 3 days, it will then be shipped to you using the Royal Mail 24 Tracked service and should in most cases arrive within 2 working days from when you place an order.

You will receive an email from me at each stage from when your order is received right up to when it is shipped.

If you have provided a mobile phone number you will also receive a text message from Royal Mail about your delivery.

A2 and Panoramic Prints

Due to the size of these prints they are produced by an external company so due to this the turnaround time is slightly longer sometimes, but your order should in most cases be produced in 3-5 working days and then shipped to you to be with you in 7 days.

If there is any delay for any reason, I will always keep you updated by email.

For all UK orders I will use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature service; the costs for both postage and packaging are shown below.

This includes the cost of secure packaging which ensures that there is the utmost security and peace of mind for any mishaps during transit.

Due to the difficulty in shipping glass and wood, I’m unable to offer this so all my prints are shipped unframed. If you live in London and are willing to collect we can certainly arrange something, please send me an email to info@photosbyfinch.co.uk

Yes! If you live locally to me in London and wish to save on postage then you can collect your order, please email me at info@photosbyfinch.co.uk

Yes! Please send me an email within 14 days of receipt of your order, I will use the tracking information provided by Royal Mail when your order was delivered or when we agreed via email that you would collect your order.

Please specify if you would like to exchange for a different print or if you wish to have a refund and I will process the refund as soon as I have received your order back.

I will not be able to process any refunds until I have received your order back and it is good condition.
